We are moving AGAIN and this move is a big one. We are leaving California and heading to Oklahoma City. We will be shutting down our warehouse in San Diego on Dec. 23, 2019 and we expect it will take us at least six weeks to get everything shipped to Oklahoma and set back up.
When we re-open on Feb 14 (Valentine's Day) 2020 this will also be the company's 40th anniversary. We apologize for any inconvenience our down time may cause, but in addition to moving we will be working to restock our inventory, as well as updating our Product Catalog and Website. We will have three days between the 23rd of December and the 14th of February when we do our best to fill any orders for Muck, for Fabric Yardage, or for Raw or Primed Liner or Stretcher stock. The dates will be January 10th, January 24th, and February 7th. You may place orders through our website here, or by sending them to our general email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We need to receive your order at least a day before one of these ship dates for it to go out with the orders we ship on each of these days. We will confirm the receipt of any orders you send within 48 hours of their receipt so if you do not hear back within two days of sending an order, please resend your order.
Once again we apologize for the time when we will be unable to fill some orders. On the positive side we will soon be shipping from a location that is within just 2-3 shipping days via FedEx or UPS Ground service from 95% of our customers. Having the three best known suppliers of the Fabrics used in Picture Framing located within a hundred miles of each other in Southern California has always seemed sort of strange to me. We think this move will make a difference, for us and for you. We will be back soon!
